CAPITALISTS & COMMUNIST HAVE HAND IN HAND

Today we see that capitalists people from US and communist from China appear to be fighting with each other…Are they really fighting or are they doing act of fight to show the world that they are different and enemy of each other.

In reality, it appears that both have hand in hand and their activities complement each other. One need to see that how world has been flooded by ‘Made in China’. To begin with US, almost everything in US comes from China. How come such capitalist nation allowed such flooding of products from China. After US, it was Europe, Australia  and now India. What is that thing China really doing?

China is flooding the markets of nations with its cheap products and destroying all the small and medium enterprises which give employment to millions and millions of people. Once these enterprises are destroyed then big industrial houses (Capitalists) can set up their retail chains, factories in those nations and grab huge money as these small & medium enterprises, small retailers are competition to big Industrialists/Capitalists. If one looks carefully communism is helping Capitalism flourish and it is flourishing under the umbrella of communism.

Question is how come China produces cheap products. Answer is through currency manipulation, low wages and help from Capitalists friends. China is keeping Yuan depreciated against dollar and it helps its exporters. Ex- Suppose if Indian and Chinese are producing one product with similar features. Cost of product also same 300 rupees (lets assume currency is also same) for both. Difference is in exchange rate. If Indian want to sell it then it has to be above 5 USD to make money as exchange rate will be around 1 USD = 60 rupees but If Chinese want to sell same product then it will be just above USD 2 as for them same exchange rate will  become 1 USD = 150 rupees. This is how Chinese products appear cheaper. Another part is extremely low wages given to workers. Few months back there were protests even in Apple's factories over wages and bonuses. In many of the Chinese factories most of the workers are working on low wages and for extended hours. For any manufacturing, one requires raw material may be iron ore, manganese, aluminum, chemicals etc. All these are provided to China by their various Capitalists friends sitting in various countries (be it Australia, India, Philippines, US, Middle East or Africa). This is perfect set up done by Capitalist & Communist together.

If one depreciates its currency too much then inflation in that nation is going to rise and this is happening slowly and steadily in China. At the same time lot of $ they are receiving after exporting, are being again redeployed to US to finance their debt or to buy big assets in Africa, Middle East, Asia and this is how they have controlled this inflation a bit and even if it rises then there is no democracy to protest and people will have to bear whatever bombarded on them. Otherwise there is no reason to Yuan remain weaker than $. After exporting so much, ideally Yuan should have been much stronger than $.

Another way communist destroy competition of Capitalism is by labeling every small & medium industry as blood suckers of laborers and anti-people. They will drive this propaganda and drive these industries out, keep people unemployed, keep them poor and once this happens big Capitalist industries come in that region and grab everything (as they do not have any competition left). Against those big industries, there will be no protests. One need to think how come all big industries of US have presence in China. If China is really communist then those should not have been there!

Now how Capitalists don’t object all the bad done by Communists and keep mum can be easily seen by looking at China. Take Tibet, it existed independently since many centuries (Sometimes was part of India) but China gobbled it up like a piece of Cake and no Capitalist nation in the world made any noise or objected or put any sanctions. US attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Sudan (through Saudi), Yemen (through Saudi) under the pretext of terrorism or humanitarian crisis but didn’t utter a single word on Tibet or Hong Kong or now the way China is planning to embroil many of the countries in its debt trap take it Pakistan, Kajhakistan, African nations. There is absolutely mum from US and China is given free hand to do what it wants to do.

In this entire modus operandi one may think what the hell our politicians doing. What I have understood is these politicians are just puppets who do as their Capitalist masters tell them to do. For ex – Take India, India’s trade deficit with China is huge, If India exports 1 $ worth of goods to China, it is importing 5 $ worth of goods from China. Despite of many local business demands current leaders have refused to put any anti-dumping duty on any Chinese product. Most of the small & medium businesses are destroyed and India is sitting on huge unemployment. Similar way, take any nation of Europe and one finds similar pattern.

Another benefit of this unemployment and destruction of small enterprises to Capitalist people is revenue/Income of that nation decreases. As high unemployment, low business activities then lower are the taxes. Then there is deficit in the budgets of governments and then these governments borrow money from same Capitalists banking network. Today world is in huge debt, take people or governments.

It is better people understand this nonsense before they lose everything they have and restore their nations and lives!
